NIDO is governed by a diverse Board of Directors, with input from an Advisory Board consisting of representatives from various institutions and Nigerian Diaspora organizations and affiliations. NIDO is structured as a 501c6 organization with a subsidiary 501c3 charitable organization, as outlined below.
